1．救生衣
女士们、先生们（30度鞠躬），现在空乘专业乘务员向您介绍救生衣（右手举起救生衣，与眼部平行）、氧气面罩、安全带的使用方法和紧急出口的位置。
We（左手“握住”救生衣下面的带子） will now explain the use of the life vest， oxygen mask, seatbelt and show you the location of the emergency exits.
救生衣在您座椅下面的口袋里，使用时取出，经（开始穿）头部穿好。
Your life vest is located under your seat. To put the vest on, slip it over your head.
将（手指向下掌心向外拉紧带子）带子从前向后扣好系紧（适当整理）.
Fasten the buckles and pull the straps tightly around yourwaist.
然后打（掌心向外手指向上伸直“抓”充气手柄，双手向下拉两次）开充气阀门，但在客舱内不要充气。
To inflate，pull（双手再次向下拉两次）down firmly on the tabs， but do not inflate the vest in the cabin.
充气不足时，请将救生衣上部的两个人工充气管拉出（双手取出人工充气管），用嘴向里吹（先右后左）气。
If your vest needs further inflation， you can pull out（双手取出人工充气管） the mouth pieces from either side of the upper part of the vest and blow（先右后左） into the tubes
2．氧气面罩
空乘专业人员教你如何使用氧气面罩。
右手拿氧气面罩，双手放在身体两侧准备。
氧气面罩储藏（面罩口向外举起放到右侧行李箱底边处）在您座椅上方，发生紧急情况时面罩会自动脱落（夹住氧气管将面罩自动落下）。
氧气面罩脱落后，请用力向下拉（左手轻拉两下，手保留在面罩处）面罩。
将面罩罩在口鼻处（左手将面罩罩在口鼻处），将带子套在头上（做右手手背向外将带子套在头上的动作）进行正常呼吸。（左手拿氧气面罩，双手放在身体两侧准备）
Your oxygen mask is located（面罩口向外举起放到左侧行李箱底边处） In a compartment above your head． It will drop（夹住氧气管将面罩自动落下）automatically if oxygen is needed．
Pull（右手轻拉两下，手保留在面罩处）the mask firmly toward you to start the flow of oxygen.
Place the mask over（左手将面罩罩在口鼻处）your nose and mouth and slip（做右手手背向外将带子套在头上的动作）the elastic band over your head． Within a few seconds， the oxygen（摘下氧气面罩放下，同时拿起安全带，大头在右手） will begin to flow.
